About Lucia's Italian Restaurant

How we started! The Collesano family, immigrated to the New York area in the early 1900’s from the city of Collesano (Sicily Region), Italy. The family established their first restaurant in Buffalo, NY in 1977. Over the years, Lucia (Collesano) Klatt enriched the traditional family recipes with her own personal touch, to bring you the delicious choices we offer today. Our food features the freshest ingredients available, infused with herbs, spices and the passion the Family has for the kitchen. Today, as Lucia's enjoys it's 20th year in the Roswell and East Cobb community, owner and manager Tim Klatt ensures guests receive the personal experience they have come to expect from a neighborhood Italian restaurant.

I’ll start by saying if just one of these issues happened, I’d chalk it up to someone having an off night and move on. But it felt like in every area of our dining experience, there was an issue. We dined here tonight with our two young kids. The host gave us kids menus, but we had to go and ask for the crayons and paper. Our waters and soft drinks were warm. So warm they were quickly melting the 5 ice cubes in each glass. We sat for 10 minutes before the bread basket was brought. Our kids’ food came several minutes after ours and were pizzas instead of the ravioli we ordered. By this point, our kids were hangry, so we just kept the pizzas. My husband and I both ordered lasagna (our standard order when trying an Italian place for the first time). Our lasagna was ok, but only that. It’s better than a Stouffers, but definitely not the quality expected for $24 per entree. We each tried a bite of the pizzas and they were also just ok (although we do have lower expectations for kids menu items). Then we got a surprise when the bill came. The sodas are not free refills, which feels pretty standard these days. When we asked the waitress, she said, β€œyeah I’m sorry, it’s always been this wa

Incredible restaurant, our server was very nice and informative. The person who spoke on the phone with me was a bit rude when I called that I would be 4 minutes late to my reservation but the moment we walked in the other staff was very welcoming and respectful. The food was incredible we had the lobster and shrimp diavolo and the shrimp scampi. We will definitely be back soon.

I bring my team and all our local and visiting clients here for dinner. We order 5 or 6 entrees to be shared family style. It never disappoints and is an experience my team and customers continue to talk about. Mangia! Mangia!

I've driven by the restaurant a couple different times on my way from Woodstock to Alpharetta & thought my husband & I needed to stop. We decided to make a trip here tonight, 6/14/20, to try it out. We got there around 5. We were greeted within a couple of minutes of walking in the door & seated. Our server greeted us within a minute of sitting down & took our drink order. We placed our order for our entrees & 2 garden salad. We should have split a side salad because they are rather large. It had a good mixture of mixed greens & fresh spinach, with tomatoes, cucumbers & carrot shavings on it as well. I had the lasagna for dinner, my husband had a pasta & broccoli dish. My lasagna was pretty good. I think the next time we go here, I'll try to eat their angel hair pasta & the meat balls. The food was reasonably priced. For our 2 entrees, my husband's 2 mixed drinks, my iced tea & our 2 salads came to around $63, which isn't bad for all the food we got. We will go back again.
